SEDOS Projects for next months

E-mail Print PDF

sedos.2EVENTS - It is a pleasure to be in contact with you again after the summer holidays! SEDOS has resumed its work and is planning a number of projects

for the next months. I should like you to look at all four projects and to consider your participation in them.

Workshop on Appreciative Inquiry
First, we would like to remind you that places are still available for the “Appreciative Inquiry” Workshop, to be held by Professor Miriam Subirana, on Friday,
10th and Saturday, 11th of November, at the Marist Brothers. It will be very meaningful especially for congregational leadership (see Annex 1 and 2).

Ecumenical Celebration at the Lutheran Church in Rome
Next, we would like to invite you to attend our Ecumenical Celebration to commemorate with our Protestant brothers and sisters, the 500 Years of the Reformation. The Celebration will take place on Sunday, 29th of October, at 10 a.m. in the Lutheran Church of Rome. The Superior General of the Dehonians, Father Heiner Wilmer, SCJ, was so kind to accept our invitation to address the congregation on that occasion (see Annex 3).

Free participation at the SEDOS Residential Seminar 2018 for Indian Sisters
Furthermore, we should like to inform you that, as every year, thanks to our Sponsors, we might have the opportunity to allow five religious Sisters to attend the SEDOS Residential Seminar 2018 free of charge, and with a reimbursement of the travel costs. However, these Sisters must be working in India,
and their function should be in the field of Formation (see Annex 4).

Workshop “Soul Collage” by Sr. Kathy Schmittgens, SSND
Sr. Kathy Schmittgens, member of SEDOS Executive Committee, will have a second two-day workshop on Soul Collage at her religious house on
Tuesday, 31st of October, and Thursday 2nd, of November, 2017. This workshop can help you to see more clearly into your own soul (see Annex 5).
We are always available to provide further information as required. Please write to the SEDOS Secretariat: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

We look forward to seeing you soon and wish you a good start to September.
